Grant of License
The purchase of Soundsmack Music, Loops, and Songs are licensed according to the chosen licensing fee:
(a) Web and General.
Grants you the right to use Audio Content for any (non-broadcast) Personal or Commercial project. Broadcast refers to Radio, Television, Film, Video Games, Compact Disc, Podcast, Software, or Ring Tone.
(b) All Media.
Grants you the rights to use licensed Audio Content for all forms of media distribution including Radio, Television, Film, Video Games, Compact Disc, Podcast, Software, and Ring Tone. User must fill out and submit a cue sheet.
